Description
The façade was even awarded a prize in the late ‘90s. The building itself houses offices, as well as two residential units and shops on the ground floor.
Two elevators were fitted later on to facilitate access to the top floors. The shops have been leased out to the likes of a goldsmith and designer fashion boutique for almost 10 years.
